About The Position

Responsible for department activities including staff, patient care services, and administrative responsibilities as delegated for Non-Invasive Cardiology Departments through the scope of the Cardiovascular Service Line. In addition, the supervisor will work half of normal business hours in direct patient care. The departments of responsibility are listed below: MHC Supervisor – MHC Electrocardiology, MHC CDC HH Supervisor – HH Electrocardiology, HH CDC

Requirements

• Associate of Science Degree in Health-Related field
• RDCS and/or RVT
• 3 years clinical experience in related field
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor Degree in Health Care Administration or Business preferred

Responsibilities

• Implements and promote compliance with Standards of Care for each department within purview.
• Maintains communication with Assistant Director of Non-Invasive Cardiology and Medical Staff.
• Ensure compliance to accreditations related to cardiovascular programs
• Maintains departments as needed to comply with all radiation licensing agencies.
• Works collaboratively with Cardiovascular Medical Staff to solicit and implement suggestions for process innovation within Non-Invasive Cardiology Scope of Influence.
