The Supervisor of Mental Health Programming supports the coordination and oversight of mental-health related programming across the Metro Detroit community, with a focus on youth and Jewish communal partners. This role provides supervision and program guidance to staff working in youth mental health coordination, suicide prevention programming, JCADA and BBYO social work. The Supervisor builds and maintains collaborative relationships with service providers and key partners. The position assists with grant management, data tracking, and program evaluation to support quality improvement across assigned programs. This role also provides leadership and coordination for JFS crisis response efforts, including both direct service response to critical incidents and organizational readiness for a Mass Casualty Incident (MCI)-level response. Responsibilities include developing emergency response plans, participating in partner-based emergency preparedness efforts, and coordinating JFS' role in a response model in collaboration with community partners.
