About The Position

Join our dynamic Life Science Center of Excellence (LSCOE) team as a Supervisor! In this virtual position, you’ll lead a team of up to five project members, driving high-level projects that range from exciting national sales meetings to impactful product launches. You’ll be hands-on, kicking off projects and supporting your team to ensure everything runs smoothly. A bit of travel (about 25-50%) will keep things fresh and exciting!

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in a lead planner capacity for large scale National Sales Meetings, Product Launches and C-Suite events within the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience leading and inspiring a team.
Experience managing large-scale projects with precision, from planning to execution.
Experience communicating effectively with clients and internal teams.
Experience leveraging event technology, especially Cvent.
Experience solving problems creatively and proactively.

Nice To Haves

Experience in training and mentoring team members.
A background in the pharmaceutical industry or event management.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
A Bachelor's degree or other relevant higher education.
A passion for continuous learning and improvement.
