About The Position

This role is responsible for the administration and continuous improvement of the Marketing Department’s core technology platforms, including tools for workflow management, digital asset management, and sales enablement. This role ensures that the Marketing team has the tools and workflows needed to operate efficiently and effectively, and serves as the primary point of contact for platform-related issues, features, and vendor relationships. This role also supports sales enablement by ensuring that sales teams have access to current, relevant, and effective content and resources through the department's sales enablement platform. Responsibilities also include the development of self-guided training modules and ongoing maintenance of the training content library, ensuring that materials remain accurate, organized, and aligned with the needs of the Sales organization. The Supervisor leads a team of specialists with technical expertise, making data-driven and timely decisions that keep the team moving forward. Success in this role requires the ability to develop team members through delegation and coaching, drive accountability through clear expectations and consistent follow-through, and maintain a forward-looking perspective on how technology and training can drive results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum five years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related role
  • Two years of experience in people management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage marketing technology platforms such as workflow management, digital asset management, and sales enablement tools.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and integration capabilities across systems.
  • Ability to translate business requirements and use cases into practical technology solutions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable operating as a working manager, contributing individually while leading and developing a team.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team of technical specialists.
  • Proactive communicator with the ability to translate technical work into business impact.
  • Experience managing vendor contracts and relationships.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a track record of process optimization.
  • Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI tools and their practical applications.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and continuously improve core marketing technology platforms, ensuring they are optimized for performance, usability, and adoption across the Marketing and Sales organizations.
  • Lead workflow and process improvement initiatives across all platforms, identifying opportunities to reduce complexity, increase efficiency, and improve work throughput.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring the organization is maximizing the value of its technology investments.
  • Oversee the sales enablement platform, ensuring that Sales teams have access to current, accurate, and effective content and resources.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of self-guided training modules and the training content library, ensuring materials remain organized and aligned with Sales needs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of technical specialists through delegation, clear expectations, and regular feedback.
  • Contribute individually to technical execution as a working manager, balancing hands-on work with team leadership responsibilities.
  • Own the development and ongoing management of Marketing department reporting, delivering insights that inform decision-making and communicate team contributions to stakeholders.
  • Champion the work of the team by consistently and proactively promoting accomplishments, demonstrating business impact, and building awareness among key stakeholders.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and AI tools, experimenting with new capabilities and sharing use cases across the organization.
  • Maintain a forward-looking technology roadmap, communicating progress and priorities to stakeholders on a regular cadence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and other teams to ensure technology platforms are meeting evolving business needs.
