Responsible for coordination and oversight of technical work, preventative maintenance, record keeping and team cohesions for the Pennsauken maintenance team.

Requirements

• Works within all regulatory requirements.
• Perform all other related duties as requested.
• Analytical thinking – systematically identifies and understands problems.
• Be Proactive – act before being requested.
• Team Leadership- supervising, training and overseeing scheduled maintenance. First Time Quality Maintenance.
• Special Knowledge Expertise – mastery of mechanical/electrical maintenance functions and make quick decisions under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, organize and control the technician workflow as well as support production priorities and improve efficiencies including continuous improvement and analysis.
• Competency with CMMS.
• Inspect and verify completed work to include, preventive maintenance, emergency maintenance and other scheduled work.
• Manage incoming service requests created Quality and SHE.
• Work closely with Maintenance Manager and Planner to schedule contracted maintenance and third-party labor support.
• Provide last line of defense for troubleshooting to assist technicians in more complicated repairs and problems.
• Master the process and the operation of new and existing production lines and their parameters.
