As a Maintenance Supervisor you will lead facility maintenance, support engineering efforts, and help create a safe, efficient, and well-organized environment across a manufacturing site and office spaces. You will also take ownership of site security systems and play a key role in projects that support growth and long-term performance.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong facility maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong technical knowledge of plant operations, equipment maintenance, and facility systems
Proven ability to troubleshoot issues to root cause and develop effective corrective actions
Experience managing projects and strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to work across teams and levels of the organization
Familiarity with security platforms such as Genetec and ability to support site security systems
Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment visa sponsorship

Nice To Haves

bachelor’s degree preferred
prior supervisory experience preferred
Working knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily work for maintenance team members and ensure work is completed to high standards
Oversee site security systems, including access badges and camera platforms, and coordinate with corporate partners
Identify safety risks and ensure all safety and environmental practices are consistently followed
Manage preventive maintenance programs and improve reliability of equipment and facilities
Troubleshoot ongoing equipment issues and implement long term solutions
Lead facility and infrastructure projects, including planning, vendor coordination, and execution
Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance facility performance and support business growth
