As a Maintenance Supervisor you will lead facility maintenance, support engineering efforts, and help create a safe, efficient, and well-organized environment across a manufacturing site and office spaces. You will also take ownership of site security systems and play a key role in projects that support growth and long-term performance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong facility maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge of plant operations, equipment maintenance, and facility systems
  • Working knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems preferred
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot issues to root cause and develop effective corrective actions
  • Experience managing projects and strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to work across teams and levels of the organization
  • Familiarity with security platforms such as Genetec and ability to support site security systems
  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily work for maintenance team members and ensure work is completed to high standards
  • Oversee site security systems, including access badges and camera platforms, and coordinate with corporate partners
  • Identify safety risks and ensure all safety and environmental practices are consistently followed
  • Manage preventive maintenance programs and improve reliability of equipment and facilities
  • Troubleshoot ongoing equipment issues and implement long term solutions
  • Lead facility and infrastructure projects, including planning, vendor coordination, and execution
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance facility performance and support business growth
