About The Position

We are seeking a Supervisor, Logistics – Warehouse to join our team at our Santa Ana, CA bakery. As a Supervisor, Logistics – Warehouse, you will be accountable for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes while supporting production and distribution performance.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
1–2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in food distribution or manufacturing in a leadership capacity
Previous experience operating sit-down and high-reach forklifts
Ability to lift 20–50 lbs. repeatedly and perform manual material handling
Working knowledge of SAP or similar warehouse management systems
Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively in a team environment

Nice To Haves

Experience in a regulated or food-manufacturing warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with inventory scanning processes
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to support multiple warehouse functions as needed

Responsibilities

Lead warehouse operations during assigned shifts to achieve daily productivity and service goals
Supervise and support shipping and receiving teams to ensure efficient workflows
Manage inventory processes including cycle counts, FIFO, and system accuracy
Coordinate cross-functionally with production, procurement, and logistics teams
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards
Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records within SAP or WMS systems
Train team members and promote continuous improvement in warehouse operations
