About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing the loaner car program, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction. The Supervisor will manage a team, coordinate vehicle maintenance, and handle administrative tasks related to the loaner fleet.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train loaner car attendants.
• Manage the daily operations of the loaner car department.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and maintained.
• Coordinate vehicle pick-up and drop-off with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and maintenance.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to loaner vehicles.
• Monitor inventory of loaner vehicles and report any discrepancies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
