Requirements

  • College degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency with various computer systems, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and adaptability
  • Ability to coordinate interactions between different stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingualism in French and English (oral and written)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in personnel management, a major asset

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the work planning of the team by coordinating the shifts of the attendants in order to ensure a continuous operation of the truck loading ramp
  • Communicate on a daily basis with his team; set objectives, guide and define action plans
  • Ensure product quality is maintained by acting as a resource person for the loading ramp operating system (Toptech)
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures for control and operation of the loading ramp and deliveries
  • Analyze the interruptions of the different systems of the ramp and coordinate the corrective actions with the intervening parties in an efficient way
  • Perform various administrative tasks related to invoicing, periodic reporting, volume reconciliations, etc.
  • Negotiate transportation rates with contracted carriers and complete delivery assignments
  • Coordinate various transportation movements, including the mobilization of tanker trucks for delivery.
