Requirements

College degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience
Proficiency with various computer systems, particularly Excel
Ability to work under pressure and adaptability
Ability to coordinate interactions between different stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bilingualism in French and English (oral and written)

Responsibilities

Ensure the work planning of the team by coordinating the shifts of the attendants in order to ensure a continuous operation of the truck loading ramp
Communicate on a daily basis with his team; set objectives, guide and define action plans
Ensure product quality is maintained by acting as a resource person for the loading ramp operating system (Toptech)
Ensure compliance with operational procedures for control and operation of the loading ramp and deliveries
Analyze the interruptions of the different systems of the ramp and coordinate the corrective actions with the intervening parties in an efficient way
Perform various administrative tasks related to invoicing, periodic reporting, volume reconciliations, etc.
Negotiate transportation rates with contracted carriers and complete delivery assignments
Coordinate various transportation movements, including the mobilization of tanker trucks for delivery.
