About The Position
The Leave of Absence Supervisor oversees the LOA team and serves as the primary liaison with third-party administrators, leadership, legal counsel, and other departments. The role leads daily leave operations and manages complex employee leave and return-to-work cases, including the interactive process and accommodations. It drives process improvements to strengthen program effectiveness and compliance, provides guidance and education to managers, HR staff, and team members, and oversees leave-related system reporting and timekeeping accuracy.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required.
- Five years of experience working within a Leave of Absence program required.
