Requirements

2 years of experience in a supervisory role
5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation
Experience with Microsoft Office

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong math skills and solid analytical ability
Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills

Responsibilities

Assign and oversee daily work activities across shifts, ensuring strong execution, productivity, and overnight coverage
Lead overnight operations aligned to inbound window, managing trailer unloading and coordinating inbound flow
Train associates on equipment use, operational processes, maintenance procedures, and housekeeping standards
Ensure availability of tools, materials, and supplies to support uninterrupted operations
Enforce safe equipment usage and strict adherence to all safety procedures and programs
Manage inventory accuracy, including monitoring stock levels and performing product reconciliation
Drive efficient receiving, immediate issue resolution, and performance improvement to support accuracy and outbound readiness
