About The Position
Lynch Cleaning Contractors, Inc., is seeking an experienced and motivated Night Supervisor to oversee operations across commercial facilities throughout the South Shore and Greater Boston area. This is a full-time or part-time position with flexible work hours.
Requirements

- Training experience
- Bilingual (Portuguese preferred)
- Available to work 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday OR 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm (some flexibility available)

Responsibilities
- Conduct job inspections and quality control checks
- Follow up on client concerns and ensure issues are resolved professionally and promptly
- Assist with staffing coverage, callouts and operational troubleshooting as needed
- Support, train and motivate cleaning technicians in the field
- Perform project work, detail cleaning, and specialty services when needed
- Deliver supplies and provide operational support to field staff
- Ensure company cleaning specifications and procedures are consistently followed
- Communicate regularly with management regarding staffing, quality, client concerns, and operational needs.
- Help maintain a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
