This role serves as a Supervisor/ACM to support multiple sites within the IL Division, including Advocate Christ Medical Center, Advocate Trinity Hospital, Advocate South Suburban Hospital, Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, and Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a pay range of $44.15 - $66.25. The Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and managing all resources necessary for optimal nursing care, including staff, patient care supplies, and automated systems. This includes managing staffing and scheduling patterns, evaluating the quality of patient care, developing service strategies, and fostering effective relationships with patients, families, staff, and other departments. The role also involves facilitating evidence-based nursing practices, participating in shared governance councils, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies like The Joint Commission, and developing change initiatives. Additionally, the Supervisor is responsible for achieving care management targets, assisting with the development of new services, performing human resources functions for staff, and developing and managing operating and capital budgets. The position requires adherence to the Aurora Health Care Code of Ethical Conduct and the ability to provide age-appropriate patient care.
