About The Position
SpeedWash Car Wash is seeking a motivated, hands-on Supervisor in Training who is ready to grow into a key leadership role within a high-volume, multimillion-dollar car wash operation. This role involves leading daily operations, coaching team members, delivering excellent customer experiences, maintaining facility cleanliness, promoting SpeedPass memberships, solving problems, and ensuring the site runs safely and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, sales, shift leadership, team management, or operations looking to build a long-term career with a growing company. - Previous experience in customer service, retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments is helpful.

- Reliable transportation and strong attendance.

Responsibilities
- Grow SpeedPass memberships by creating an amazing customer experience.
- Ensure site cleanliness, including inside, outside, equipment, vacuum, and the lot.
- Lead and train the team to effectively communicate wash packages, features, and benefits to convert guests into SpeedPass members.
- Serve as the on-site expert for daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, staffing, chemical levels, preventative maintenance, wash quality, and customer flow.
- Enforce all safety procedures to ensure the safety of people, cars, and equipment.
- Identify and address equipment issues proactively to prevent major disruptions.
- Support the Site Manager with daily decisions and team coaching.
- Step up and provide leadership whenever necessary.
