About The Position

Calyx Living is seeking a Supervisor in Charge (SIC) / Med Tech for its assisted living community in North Durham. The role supports the supervision of care staff, administers medications, and assists Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) in providing personal care services to seniors. The position includes providing daily assistance to residents, supervising staff, updating work schedules when callouts or changes occur, ensuring training is up to date, and following established safety precautions. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Prior experience as a Supervisor in Charge.
• Active North Carolina MT Certification required.
• Active CPR Certification required.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working with seniors is strongly preferred.
• Prior leadership experience as a SIC/MT in assisted living.

Responsibilities
