About The Position

Calyx Living is seeking an energetic Assisted Living 3rd Shift Supervisor in Charge (SIC) / Med Tech. This role involves supporting the supervision of care staff, administering medications, and assisting Personal Care Assistants (PCA's) with providing personal care services to seniors. Key duties include assisting residents daily, supervising staff, maintaining an updated work schedule to accommodate call-outs and changes, ensuring training is current, and adhering to safety precautions.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Prior experience as a Supervisor in Charge
• Active North Carolina MT Certification required
• Active CPR Certification required
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with seniors strongly preferred
• Prior leadership experience as a SIC/MT in Assisted Living

Responsibilities
