About The Position
Calyx Living is seeking an energetic Assisted Living 1st Shift Supervisor in Charge (SIC) / Med Tech for their new community, Calyx Living of Apex. The role involves supervising care staff, administering medications, and providing personal care services to seniors. The community is located in Apex, NC, near I-540 at Hwy 64.
Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Prior supervisory experience
- Active North Carolina MT Certification required
- Active CPR Certification preferred
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with seniors strongly preferred
- Prior leadership experience as a SIC/MT in Assisted Living
- CPR-certified
Responsibilities
- Supervision of care staff
- Administration of medications
- Supporting Personal Care Assistants (PCA's) by providing personal care services to seniors
