The Supervisor Imaging is responsible for developing, achieving, and maintaining the goals of assigned Imaging units. This role coordinates the daily activities of the units, in addition to performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in assigned areas. The supervisor provides leadership in the Imaging department, utilizing people, technology, and financial resources to efficiently provide services. They consistently promote a positive work environment by being visible and available to all levels of staff and customers. Key performance indicators include but are not limited to: Patient satisfaction, employee engagement, productivity- financial targets, Red Rule compliance- zero tolerance for breaches, budgets and fiscal responsibility.
