About The Position

As Supervisor, Imaging Services, you will oversee the daily operations and staffing of the imaging department, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and efficient patient flow. In partnership with the Patient Care Manager, you will support department leadership and help deliver an exceptional patient experience. Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista provides a variety of medical and surgical services, including inpatient and outpatient care. Our departments are hands on and collaborate with each other. Requirements

• 3 years' experience in imaging services
• Minimum of 1 year in a leadership role
• ARRT/CRT or ARDMS/CCI or RN
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association

Nice To Haves

• Strong background in CT and diagnostic radiology
• At least 3 years’ leadership experience within imaging services
• EPIC working experience
• Bachelor's degree
