Iron Mountain is seeking a disciplined Imaging Operations Supervisor to join our Global Operations team . In this role, you will be responsible for leading secure document processing teams and maintaining the integrity of sensitive data workflows . You will also be responsible for maintaining an active government security clearance to ensure compliance with federal contract requirements .

Requirements

  • Active Security Clearance: Possession of a current, verifiable government security clearance (e.g., Secret or Top Secret) is mandatory for this position .
  • Relevant Experience: 3+ years of experience in high-volume production, document imaging, or a similar operational environment .
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of imaging/scanning hardware, PC equipment maintenance, and secure document management workflows .
  • Leadership Ability: Proven ability in team supervision, workload prioritization, and identifying process improvements to drive efficiency .

Responsibilities

  • Lead Daily Operations: Supervise the daily activities of support team members, setting clear priorities to ensure the accurate processing and verification of document quantities according to client specifications .
  • Collaborate for Success: Coordinate work activities with other supervisors and internal stakeholders to balance workloads and achieve departmental performance outcomes .
  • Maintain Standards: Ensure team compliance with organizational standards, safety policies, and government security regulations while exercising judgment to resolve operational issues .
