About The Position

Responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and measuring operations within a warehouse facility. Measures standard operating processes within the facility. Works from customer business schedules, develops daily schedules, and measures performance to schedules.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain warehouse operational infrastructure
• Develop and maintain ISO level operation guidelines and metrics including communication to internal and external customers
• Develop and monitor productivity standards
• Establish and maintain daily operating schedules
• Coordinate daily cycle counts
• Develop and maintain training requirements for all employees
• Routing trucks in and out of the warehouse when needed
• Load and Unload trucks when necessary
• Check in and break down import freight when necessary
• Write up documentation for exporting freight when necessary
• Maintain safe working environment
• Provide customer service to prevent and resolve errors
• Other duties as assigned
