About The Position

Supervise the production of all products through Panel Lamination. Train and coach employees on two shifts, to assure product ships on schedule while meeting prescribed quality standards and production goals. Assure compliance with all policies regarding conduct and safety. Interview and select new employees. Evaluate and review assigned personnel in accordance with prescribed procedures and make appropriate recommendations regarding wage adjustments, promotions, transfers and terminations.

Requirements

• Supervisory or similar servant style experience with a high level of responsibility.
• Ability to read prints.
• Experience with D365.
• Experience with RF Smart.
• Experience with Excel.
• Experience with Team Center.
• Knowledge of production orders.
• Knowledge of panel lamination processes.
• Knowledge of labor functions.
• Knowledge of product flow.
• Knowledge of Lean 101 – 5S.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Tier meeting report outs.
