As a Supervisor II, Manufacturing Production ASPEX supporting ASPEX Manufacturing and Production team, you will be trusted oversee complex supervisory tasks to ensure efficient production activities, including assembly, processing, and packaging, meet specifications and quality standards. You will build effective relationships with various departments to develop production schedules, manage line maintenance, lead quality investigations, and drive continuous improvement at our Fort Worth, TX location In this role, a typical day will include: Oversee team members to ensure efficient task completion Manage production activities to meet specifications, schedules, and quality standards Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, Sales, and other departments to develop production schedules and allocate resources Plan, prioritize, and manage production line maintenance and downtime to minimize disruptions Lead or participate in quality investigations and deliver continuous improvement Ensure a safe work environment and develop pipeline talent Foster a culture of excellence by leading performance management, driving talent development, and enhancing associate engagement Recognize achievements and drive a strong safety culture Make significant decisions affecting team performance and operational efficiency Ensure adherence to GxP regulations by following SOPs, maintaining documentation, and completing required training Contribute to overall compliance and continuous improvement of operations. All associates must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training. Associates are responsible for meeting their individual job requirements and contributing to the overall compliance of the organization.
