Requirements
- Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two year college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Basic math skills.
- Basic computer skills for data entry.
- Ability to exercise good judgement.
- Ability to work weekday and weekend overtime as required.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as Engineering drawings, bills of material, routings, company policies, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Excellent attendance.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Must be a U.S. person within the meaning of ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee).
Responsibilities
- Study production schedules while estimating and adjusting output to meet customer demands.
- Examine product for conformance to specifications and quality standards.
- Training production associates in proper and safe techniques in order to safely produce quality products while maximizing output.
- Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product.
- Assist Supervisor II or III in following company policies in supervision of regular and temporary associates.
