About The Position

The primary functions of the Supervisor I, in his/her operational facility, are to ensure that all requirements of the Performance Work Statement / Statement of Work (PWS/SOW) are met or exceeded, and all services are performed within quality standards and cost objectives and in support of the mission of WSC. FT, $16-$18hr

Requirements

High school graduate or GED required.
Valid Driver’s License with certificate of insurability (corporate auto policy).
Drug Screen.
WSC background check.
Appropriate background check for contract i.e., NACI, TxDOT, DPS.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree in Business Management.
Basic knowledge of various equipment used in accordance with the contracts PWS / SOW.
Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensures all requirements of the Public Water System (PWS/Statement Of Work (SOW) are met.
Ensures all operational and safety procedures are properly followed, maintaining a clean and safe work area, ensuring all employees are trained as required.
Verifies facility is prepared for service as required.
May schedule and train staff are knowledgeable of the requirements and application of the PWS, SOW, Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), and personnel policies as required.
Monitors safety aspects relating to facility, equipment, and personnel; taking corrective educational actions as required.
Responsible for ordering and maintaining facility supplies and storage areas.
Ensures the highest level of customer service is consistently provided.
Ensures all reports and correspondence relating to the operation are accurately prepared and submitted in a timely manner.
Perform maintenance and repairs on facilities as appropriate to include light plumbing and lighting repairs.
Support staffing shifts as needed.
