About The Position
A powder coat line supervisor manages daily powder coating and paint line operations, leads team members, and ensures quality and safety standards are met.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of industrial finishing or powder coating experience, with prior leadership.
- Knowledge of electrostatic application, pretreatment processes, and automated equipment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Prior experience with Sage, computers and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and schedule the coating team to hit daily production goals.
- Inspect finished parts, monitor coating thickness and adhesion, and fix defects.
- Oversee equipment setup, calibration, and routine maintenance for spray booths and curing ovens.
- Enforce workplace safety rules and environmental regulations.
