About The Position

This is a hybrid role for a Senior Supervisor, Infusion Nursing at Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, involving both work from home and in-office presence in Corona, CA. The role focuses on leading and supporting a team of infusion nurses who deliver specialized therapies in patients' homes and other care settings. The objective is to ensure high-quality patient care and operational excellence through effective supervision and management of nursing operations.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• 5+ years RN experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
• 1+ year of in-hospital care (critical care preferred)
• Home infusion or home healthcare experience strongly preferred
• Strong IV insertion skills
• Knowledge of public/private insurance and managed care
• Experience with utilization management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Apple platforms
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends as needed
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload if working from home.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of infusion nurses delivering specialized therapies in homes and alternate care settings.
• Oversee daily nursing operations and supervise RN staff.
• Conduct skills assessments and supervisory visits.
• Manage patient intake, education, and scheduling.
• Monitor documentation and compliance with treatment plans.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.
