As our Supervisor, Home Health RN, you will lead a dedicated team focused on delivering high-quality patient care and meeting established clinical outcomes. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate resources, and ensure that all services are provided efficiently while adhering to best practices and regulatory standards. Every day, you will collaborate with staff to monitor patient progress, address any concerns, and uphold a consistent level of excellence. By evaluating results and making necessary adjustments, you will help maintain a supportive environment that maximizes patient comfort and fosters positive clinical outcomes. In this role, you will rely on strong leadership and communication skills to guide your team, promote safe and effective care, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Requirements

  • Registered Nurse: Current CA RN license
  • Basic Life Support - CPR BLS
  • Driver's License: CA, upon hire
  • Auto Insurance, upon hire

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with other area supervisors as required to support the hospital's role as a community health service provider.
  • Assists in implementing a unit Quality Management Program consistent with hospital wide Performance Improvement Plan.
  • Operates the units within the financial and productivity guidelines, setting goals and developing policies that support this objective.
  • Provides for quality services by ensuring that the staff are well trained in the services to be provided.
  • Addresses, escalates or resolves unit issues, including problem resolution related to customer complaints, concerns and suggestions.
