Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in management in logistics, operations, or a related field is preferred.
Proficient in technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to team members and driver partners.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends, as required by operational needs.
Is physically able to work in a warehouse that includes the following conditions: Standing for the duration of the shift. Moving boxes up and down including frequent bending. May need to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. May work in hot or cold temperatures. May work in an environment with loud noise and fumes.
