About The Position

Join Millennium Print Group as a Supervisor, Fulfillment! We’re looking for a hands-on operations leader to oversee fulfillment activities within our fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll lead fulfillment staff, support daily operations, and help drive efficiency, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across the department.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
5+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehousing, supply chain, or distribution operations
Working knowledge of warehouse operations, fulfillment equipment, and warehouse management systems
Strong Microsoft Office and systems proficiency
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment

Nice To Haves

bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Continuous improvement or ISO/OSHA experience preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and support daily fulfillment operations including shipping, receiving, and order processing
Monitor operational performance to ensure quality, productivity, and on-time delivery standards are achieved
Partner with department leadership to execute operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives
Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to fulfillment team members
Manage scheduling, attendance tracking, reporting, and administrative responsibilities
Communicate operational updates, staffing needs, and workflow challenges to leadership teams
Resolve day-to-day operational issues while maintaining workflow efficiency
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, OSHA regulations, QMS standards, and company policies
Support a positive, safe, and team-oriented work environment
