About The Position

This position supervises and provides direct leadership for technicians, managing workflow and assigning tasks. The role oversees the day-to-day operations of employees in the maintenance shop, coordinating and supervising all maintenance work and repairs, and monitoring progress and quality. The Supervisor reviews driver repairs and other maintenance requests, prepares work order documents, and performs mechanical duties as needed. They also monitor inventory of replacement parts and restock as needed, and oversee personnel including coaching, training, evaluating employee performance, and conducting disciplinary action as needed. This role provides input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions, and interprets and ensures consistent application of organizational policies and safety regulations. Reports are created and submitted as necessary.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
4 years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirements)
Valid Driver's License Upon Hire

Knowledge of Diesel and/or CNG systems
