About The Position

AAA Oregon/Idaho is seeking experienced Fleet Supervisors to join their team. The Fleet Supervisors, under the guidance of the Fleet Operations Manager, are responsible for coordinating the daily activities of roadside Tow and Battery Technicians to ensure effective emergency roadside service for members. This role involves ensuring adequate staffing and vehicle operations to meet service demands, preparing daily work assignments, monitoring service delays, and assisting with service delivery as needed. A key aspect of this position is to coach, support, and provide leadership to the Fleet Services team.

Requirements

Training and supervisory skills required in related automotive and transportation fields.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills required.
Ability to work with a diverse employee and membership group in an equitable and inclusive manner.
Familiarity with basic automotive and towing operations.
Must maintain a valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

College degree preferred or 3-5 years relevant experience.
Spanish/English bilingual skills (for differential pay).
Shift differential for working one weekend day.

Responsibilities

Coordinating daily activities of roadside Tow and Battery Technicians.
Ensuring adequate staffing and vehicle operations to meet service delivery needs.
Preparing daily work assignments.
Monitoring service delays.
Assisting with service delivery as needed.
Coaching, supporting, and providing leadership to the Fleet Services team.
Supervising approximately 15-25 employees.
Serving as a member of the leadership team.
