About The Position

The Finance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and reporting consolidation for the RMDx businesses. This role involves collaborating with Corporate and RMDx division finance teams on planning and reporting requirements, coordinating expectations across all businesses, and preparing consolidations for monthly/quarterly actuals, quarterly LBEs, and Plan. The position also includes preparing the EVP’s monthly deck for CEO’s monthly Staff meetings, Board of Directors financial submissions, and long-term strategy modeling (OEM), as well as ad hoc financial analysis for the RMDx finance organization.

Requirements

• BS in Accounting / Finance
• 5 years of Accounting/Finance experience
• Excellent attention to detail, well-organized, highly accountable, and self-motivated
• Excellent analytical insight, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated passion for personal and professional excellence.

Nice To Haves

• Business Analytics tool experience (PowerBI/QlikView)
• Experience in Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Access, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities
