About The Position

The Supervisor, Field Construction will oversee repair and maintenance activities for company facilities throughout the assigned region. This role manages facility improvement and capital construction projects from planning through completion, supervising contractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The supervisor will conduct regular visits to company locations to assess facility conditions and identify maintenance needs, coordinating with internal departments and external vendors to prioritize and complete projects. Maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, as well as developing and maintaining positive working relationships with field operations and business partners are key aspects of this position.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Approximately 60% travel is required throughout Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky, including overnight travel as needed.
  • Must be able to travel by both automobile and commercial airline.
  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

  • Experience in facilities management, construction, project management, or a related field preferred.
