About The Position

The Facilities Services Senior Supervisor will partner with department and company leadership to oversee facilities infrastructure and equipment supporting Office, Training Lab, and Warehouse operations. This role provides leadership to the facilities team, including multiple outsourced service providers. Key responsibilities include ensuring quality oversight and direction of operational activities such as building and equipment maintenance and operations. Demonstrates the ability to analyze and resolve complex, ambiguous problems with a focus on timely solutions. Building strong collaboration with Engineering, Space Planning, Logistics and Training Lab Operations teams is essential for planning equipment maintenance, upgrades, and replacements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Facilities Maintenance and Operations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex facilities infrastructure: Chilled Water, Cooling Towers, Process Cooling Water, Compressed Dry Air and Process Vacuum, Reverse Osmosis Water systems, Electrical Systems, Warehouse Dock Infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage internal customers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tririga, Bluebeam, and SAP.

  • Lead Mechanical Workgroup programs for all Arizona locations.
  • Lead Energy Efficiency, Sustainability and Green Teams programs for all Arizona locations.
  • Lead Site Incident Prevention Planning (SIPP) for all Arizona locations.
  • Lead Safety Incident Reviews and Initiatives for all Arizona locations.
  • Lead Operations Meetings for all Arizona locations.
  • Lead Business Continuity Planning for all Arizona locations.
  • Lead ISO 9001 and 14001 Programs and Audits for all Arizona locations.
  • Lead FM Global Relationship Management for all Arizona locations.
  • Lead Capital Planning and Project Management for all Arizona locations.
  • Participate in design reviews for facilities infrastructure and construction projects, ensuring operational support and accessibility post-completion.
  • Identify and document opportunities to reduce operating costs, enhance system integrity, and improve resiliency and uptime.
  • Manage quarterly and annual budgeting processes, including forecasting and accruals.
  • Oversee soft services, including janitorial, printing services, landscaping, and consumable supplies.
