About the Department The Corporate Real Estate & Facilities team manages Franklin Templeton’s global office portfolio to ensure safe, functional, and welcoming workplaces. The team partners closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support daily operations, collaboration, and innovation. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 (five) years’ experience with an emphasis on engineering, architecture or facility management or 10 (ten) years of hands-on experience without a degree
  • Knowledge of construction, engineering, or architecture.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and facilities software.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, including ensuring that all services are delivered effectively and office needs are met.
  • Function as a liaison with building management and ensure all building related issues are corrected in a timely manner.
  • Manage service contracts cost effectively, with responsibility for all aspects of service delivery, along with periodic and ongoing performance and financial review.
  • Maintain overall responsibility for security including programming and monitoring of security card access system for employees, which includes reviewing and evaluating security card access reports to ensure that cards are issued and terminated on a timely basis.
  • Responsible for Facilities’ administrative needs to include invoice processing and approval, and parking system management.
  • Build relationships and partnerships with key contacts in all departments, ensuring that services are delivered effectively and timely.
