Requirements

Engineering degree.
7 years of related experience.
Solid understanding of project management methods and techniques.
Well-developed problem solving, decision-making, organization, planning and leadership skills.
A collaborative, teamwork style.
Role requires a valid driver’s license, which will be verified with a motor vehicle check prior to hire.
Note this role requires a valid passport and ability to work and travel between the US and Canada.

Nice To Haves

Experience of facility or tank engineering and construction is preferred.
Project Management certification (PMI) is an asset.

Responsibilities

Ensure that all relevant programs abide by applicable industry and Enbridge standards and specifications.
Work with shared service functions, project controls, safety, quality, and construction, to ensure that each program is completed in a safe, efficient manner and customer expectations are achieved.
Assign tasks by conveying clear expectation for assignments, removing obstacles to move forward and get efforts back on track, seek additional resources to complete tasks when needed and delegate assignments to the most appropriate person.
Collaborate with program sponsors to develop efficient multiyear program schedules.
Continue to provide program sponsors with high level of customer service and satisfaction by sharing program status, changes, and key performance indicators (KPI’s).
Accomplish team goals, by creating opportunities to promote and recognize teams’ contributions.
Identify action steps needed to accomplish team or work group objectives.
Prioritize and balances time, actions, resources, and initiatives to ensure results are achieved.
