Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous supervisory experience within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Strong leadership skills are essential for guiding employees, setting clear expectations, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary for coordinating with employees, management, kitchen staff, hotel departments, and guests.
- The Supervisor must be able to address guest concerns, employee issues, and operational challenges promptly and professionally.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills are required to prioritize responsibilities, coordinate daily activities, and manage employee schedules effectively.

- Degree in hospitality management or a related field.
- Experience in fine dining, hotel dining, or upscale casual restaurant environments.

- Certification in food safety or hospitality management.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Lakeview Hotel Restaurant and ensure employees consistently follow established service standards.
- Train, mentor, support, and evaluate team members to strengthen their skills and performance.
- Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.
- Manage inventory and supplies, including placing orders as needed to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Handle guest questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house employees to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and service.
- Promote and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
- Assist with employee scheduling and daily task assignments.
- Monitor service quality and address operational concerns as they arise.
- Support restaurant operations during periods of high guest volume.
- Work collaboratively with hotel and resort departments to support an exceptional overall guest experience.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
