About The Position

Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking positive, outgoing individuals with a passion for upholding clean and safe healthcare facilities for patients and staff, to join our night shift Environmental Services Leadership Team! This role provides organizational leadership to a group of environmental services staff and specialists, ensuring goals are met in both service and quality, and provides HR oversight for the department. The position involves daily cleaning, project work, floor care, waste disposal, moving services, and shift management and scheduling. It also fosters healthy relationships with other leaders and promotes those within the department.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 2 years of experience in commercial or healthcare environmental services or related field; or 2 years supervisory experience in healthcare or related field
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work 3rd shift, 10:00pm-6:30am with rotating weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide organizational leadership to a group of environmental services staff and specialists
• Ensure goals are met in both service and quality
• Provide HR oversight for the department
• Daily cleaning as well as projects, carpet and hard surface floor care, waste disposal, and moving services
• Shift management and scheduling
• Foster healthy relationships with other leaders as well as promoting those within the department.
