About The Position

The Supervisor, Engineering Operations (Muskogee) oversees the Central Plant and Hospital with associated systems and controls. This role assists in project activities involving mechanical systems.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1st Class Stationary Engineers License, Mechanical Journeyman License, Electrical Journeyman License or Universal Refrigeration License.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience.
• Ability to supervise effectively and maintain appropriate scheduling.
• Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints concerning mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the engineering operations for the hospital, associated systems, and controls.
• Assists in developing plant operation components of operating and capital budgets.
• Assists in project activities involving mechanical systems.
• Devises and implements energy conservation activities.
• Ensures all required training for operators is scheduled and completed on time.
