About The Position

Schedules vary but will likely include evenings and overnights $21.00 hr. Responsible for supervising the operation of Casino Cashier personnel during an assigned shift. Verifies funds of assigned cashiers and performs all related duties during that shift; maintains responsibility for all transactions within assigned cashier offices; issue and retrieve keys, directly monitors, coaches and counsels cashiers as necessary. Handles all customer disputes and questions and acts as source of information to all customer inquiries; ensures customer satisfactions and adheres to all gaming regulations and other governmental agencies as applicable. The term “management” includes duties such as interviewing; training; directing the work of employees; maintaining production; appraising employees’ productivity and efficiency for purposes of recommending promotions or other changes (evaluations); handling employees’ grievances and complaints; disciplining employees; planning work; providing for safety and security; and monitoring or implementing legal compliance matters. Guest service is an intricate portion of all job positions on property. Because of this, you may also be asked to perform other duties or tasks in focus of truly great service.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work closely with co-workers within the cashier department as well as all other departments
  • General business and accounting knowledge
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Good math skills
  • Minimum of two years supervision
  • Employees may be required to obtain a Missouri Gaming Commission license
