Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of distribution, warehouse, logistics, or operations experience.
- Leadership experience supervising teams in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily activities across multiple distribution center functions, including: Receiving and inbound operations, Order processing and case pick, Shipping and loading, Returns processing, Inventory replenishment, General warehouse operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates.
- Monitor productivity and balance workloads to meet operational goals.
- Create a safe, positive, and high-performing work environment.
- Provide training, tools, and resources to help associates succeed.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and resolve escalated issues.
- Identify process improvements that enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Support inventory accuracy and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain operational reports and performance documentation.
