As a Supervisor, Marketing Solutions, you will lead day-to-day operations for a team focused on delivering high-quality support, operational excellence, and exceptional service outcomes. In this role, you will guide team performance, manage key operational metrics, support escalations, and help ensure department processes meet quality and compliance standards. This position requires a confident people leader who can adapt to changing priorities while keeping the team focused, supported, and successful.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 -3 years of management experience, including staff leadership and performance management in a team leader/ supervisor role
  • Experience supporting program management and operational execution
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable taking a self-starter approach
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot data-related issues
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities with professionalism and focus
  • Able to adjust communication and leadership style to changing environments
  • Remain calm, optimistic, persistent, and focused in a fast-paced setting
  • Understand the importance of confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in all duties
  • Ability to work at our Farmington Hills, Michigan location is a requirement
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.

  • Experience documenting departmental procedures, work instructions, or process improvements

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations for the Marketing Solutions team, ensuring quality standards are met or exceeded
  • Monitor, track, and report operational metrics to support performance, service delivery, and continuous improvement
  • Handle calls through the 1-800 line and support escalated calls as needed
  • Escalate program or operational issues to the appropriate Operations or Program Manager, including recommended resolutions
  • Provide daily leadership, guidance, coaching, assistance, and support to department personnel
  • Monitor and manage absenteeism to support business continuity and team performance
  • Process payroll for yourself and direct reports accurately and on time
  • Maintain personnel files and ensure appropriate confidentiality in all duties
  • Ensure company communications, including announcements and policy or procedure changes, are distributed to CSRs in a timely manner
  • Communicate department and organizational objectives and goals to direct reports
  • Prepare and conduct performance evaluations and one-on-one meetings
  • Assess individual training needs and help ensure development needs are addressed
  • Monitor and safeguard ISO 9001 standard compliance
  • Document departmental procedures and work instructions in alignment with quality standards
  • Regularly review departmental processes and workflows to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with policies and standards
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation in daily operations
  • Participate in company-wide initiatives, including ISO, staff development, policies/procedures, TL Playbook, and related programs
