Are you passionate about operational work, team leadership, and the aviation industry? We are looking for an Aircraft Fueling Operations Supervisor to support daily fuel operations at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport.
This position is ideal for someone with experience supervising staff, coordinating operations, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer service in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.

Requirements

• Valid Puerto Rico Class 8 driver's license.
• Previous experience supervising work teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Basic computer and data entry knowledge.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to obtain the airport-required security credential, including background check.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in aircraft fueling.
• Experience in airport operations, logistics, transportation, or fuel handling.
• Experience operating heavy vehicles or fuel trucks.
• Technical or vocational studies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily aircraft fueling operations.
• Coordinate and assign personnel according to flight schedules and operational needs.
• Ensure all operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain constant communication with operations centers, airlines, and ramp personnel to ensure on-time departures.
• Oversee the safe handling, storage, and movement of aviation products.
• Perform daily inspections of fueling vehicles and equipment.
• Receive fuel deliveries and verify product quality through quality control tests.
• Support aircraft fueling operations when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, product movements, and transactions in company systems.
• Lead and develop the operational team, promoting a strong culture of safety and excellence.
• Respond appropriately to operational situations and emergency procedures.
• Provide excellent service to our clients and business partners.
