Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for effective communication.
• Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail to ensure high cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Good problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and efficiency.
• Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high performance and morale.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to uphold quality standards.
• Manage scheduling and assignments to optimize staff productivity and coverage.
• Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking team members and guests.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and request replenishments as needed.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations within housekeeping operations.
