MaxxSouth Broadband is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Supervisor, Customer Relations – Retail to lead retail operations and support a high-performing team. In this role, you will oversee daily store activities, coach and develop employees, and ensure exceptional service delivery to every customer. This position requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains a positive team culture, and is committed to achieving both individual and organizational goals. Supervisors are expected to travel to offices within their region 3 days per week, with 2 days dedicated to office-based responsibilities.
