About The Position

MaxxSouth Broadband is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Supervisor, Customer Relations – Retail to lead retail operations and support a high-performing team. In this role, you will oversee daily store activities, coach and develop employees, and ensure exceptional service delivery to every customer. This position requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains a positive team culture, and is committed to achieving both individual and organizational goals. Supervisors are expected to travel to offices within their region 3 days per week, with 2 days dedicated to office-based responsibilities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent -required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of retail customer service experience -required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills -required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) -required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information -required.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license -required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the retail stores
  • Ensure outstanding customer service for all customers and prospects, while monitoring the accuracy of customer information, billing, and service details.
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate Customer Service Representatives to meet and exceed performance standards
  • Provide ongoing training, feedback, and performance evaluations
  • Recognize and reward strong performance while addressing performance concerns consistently and fairly, while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team environment
  • Drive sales, service, and customer retention goals while actively promoting company products and services
  • Communicate policy and procedure updates to the team in a timely manner
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and company information
  • Plan and manage employee recognition programs
  • Provide support across Customer Operations, as needed
