About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and vision-driven CT Scan Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a high-volume diagnostic imaging department. This role carries 24/7 accountability for clinical quality, staffing, workflow efficiency, and departmental performance within a leading acute care hospital.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Radiology or related field required.
• ARRT (R) certification required.
• Active Radiologic Technologist license required.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of start.
• Minimum 3 years of CT Technologist experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in CT/imaging.
• Strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 24/7 operational oversight of CT imaging services and technologist performance.
• Ensure high standards of clinical quality, throughput, and patient safety.
• Manage staffing schedules, productivity metrics, and departmental workflow.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, supply chain management, and operational costs.
• Develop and mentor CT technologists and imaging staff.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards, and imaging protocols.
• Collaborate with radiology leadership and hospital administration.
• Promote a patient-centered care environment aligned with organizational values.
