About The Position

At Father Joe’s Villages, housing is not just a place - it is stability, dignity, and the foundation for recovery and long-term wellbeing. For individuals living in permanent supportive housing, moments of crisis can threaten that stability. Our Crisis Response Team provides timely, trauma-informed support that helps residents remain safely housed while navigating behavioral health needs, medical concerns, and other urgent challenges. Every day, this team responds to complex situations in real time - helping de-escalate crises, coordinate care, and connect residents to the supports they need to stabilize and move forward. What Success Looks Like This is hands-on, field-based leadership in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Successful supervisors are calm under pressure, grounded in trauma-informed practice, and able to support both staff and residents through unpredictable and emotionally complex situations. Success in this role means leading a confident, responsive team that delivers timely, coordinated, and trauma-informed interventions while maintaining compassion, consistency, and strong partnerships across housing, clinical, and community teams. You'll build staff confidence, strengthen collaboration, and help residents remain safely housed through effective crisis response.
