To assist the Clinical Manager/Director in supervision of day-to-day clinical operations, provide onsite support and facilitate clinical workflow activities and staff to achieve continuous and optimal patient care. Presbyterian is seeking a Clinical Support Supervisor to lead daily clinical operations, support high‑quality patient care, and strengthen team performance within a fast‑paced healthcare environment; this key leadership role supervises clinical staff, manages schedules, evaluates performance, and ensures full compliance with departmental policies, quality assurance standards, safety protocols, and infection‑control regulations; responsibilities include maintaining CQI records, coordinating clinical workflows, adjusting staffing to meet patient volume, conducting daily compliance inspections, resolving patient‑care process issues, ensuring adequate supplies and equipment functionality, assisting providers when clinically trained, tracking and reporting clinical metrics, participating in hiring and onboarding, collaborating across departments for integrated care, ensuring staff complete required training, and performing additional duties essential to delivering exceptional, patient-centered service within a respected healthcare organization.
